Architecture principles — not internals.
This page describes how KGA ARIA™ is intended to sit in an enterprise landscape.
Principle flow
1. Assemble context
Bring together the insurance context required for a decision — policy, account, billing, and/or claims signals from systems of record and approved sources.
2. Reason
Apply deterministic checks and AI-assisted reasoning where appropriate to produce recommendations with explainable rationale for review.
3. Govern
Evaluate authority and policy. Route high-impact actions to human oversight when thresholds require it.
4. Execute under control
Continue only through controlled boundaries toward the system of record. The core remains the system of record.
5. Retain evidence
Capture decision and action evidence for internal review and customer governance.
What this page deliberately omits
- Database, network, and identity implementation specifics
- Proprietary rule packs and model-provider internals
- Cloud topology and runbook steps
For a readable public summary, see the Architecture Brief. Diligence packs are available under agreement.
