Why KGAgentic exists
Insurers have invested heavily in their core platforms. Much of the work around those platforms still happens by hand: gathering context from several screens, checking appetite guides and authority limits, routing work to the right person, and documenting why a decision was made. KGA ARIA brings that work into one reviewed workflow beside the core. Insurers get more value from systems they already run, and every recommendation stays under the authority of the person who owns the decision.

KGAgentic owns KGA ARIA: its roadmap, releases, and product support. KGA ARIA is licensed as a product.
Implementation
Implementation is scoped separately, starting with one workflow in shadow mode and agreed measures. Delivery partners can support implementation.
Maintenance
Maintenance and support are provided under a separate agreement, so licence, implementation, and support scope each stay clear.
