Turn billing exceptions into structured review and action.

ARIA Billing is for billing and collections teams. It explains invoices, matches incoming payments, ranks candidates for unapplied cash, and recommends delinquency treatment for a billing specialist to approve. Your billing system still calculates invoices, posts cash and fees, and makes any reinstatement or cancellation.

ExceptionWhat ARIA preparesBoundary
Payment matchingA recommended match of payment to policy, invoice, and amount, with reasons. An unidentified payer goes to suspense instead of a guessed policy. A short or over-payment beyond your tolerance opens an unapplied-cash item, and the remainder is never applied to another policy automatically.
Unapplied cashRanked candidate policies for money in suspense, each with its reasons.Escheatment aging follows your jurisdictional rules table. Dormancy periods are never assumed.
DelinquencyA score and a recommended treatment: reminder, dunning, notice of cancellation, or payment plan.Grace periods come from your rules table. If a rule is missing, the workflow stops. A cancellation is never automatic.
Dunning and noticesDraft reminder messages, plus cancellation or non-renewal notice drafts.Drafts only. Contact consent is checked before any channel is suggested, and ARIA does not send messages itself.
Invoice, reinstatement, commissionInvoice explanations and mismatch flags, reinstatement eligibility with any gap in coverage flagged, and commission checks against the producer agreement. The core calculates invoices and taxes, reinstates policies, and pays commissions.
