KGA ARIA works beside your core system. It reads the data a workflow needs, prepares a recommendation for a person to decide, and hands approved actions back for the core to carry out. The core remains the system of record.
Integration approach
Read
Account, policy, billing, and claim data comes through the core's interfaces, as of the date that matters, such as the date of loss for coverage.
Request
Rating, forms, vehicle decoding, and other calculations are requested from the core. ARIA does not rate or calculate premium.
Hand back
Only human-approved actions go back to the core, which executes them. Automated write-back is enabled after validation in your sandbox and with your authorization.

What a pilot establishes
One workflow, run first in shadow mode: ARIA's recommendations are compared with your team's decisions while nothing is written back. The pilot confirms read access, data quality, recommendation quality, and approval routing in your environment before any hand-back is enabled.
