KGAgentic submits comments on NAIC’s AI Risk Evaluation Supplement
By Rakesh Sharma, Co-founder & CTO, KGAgentic ·
Krishcon Guide Agentic Solutions Inc., operating as KGAgentic, has submitted comments to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (H) Working Group on version 6.0 of the AI Risk Evaluation Supplement.
Our submission focuses on a practical question: when AI participates in an insurance workflow, how can an insurer demonstrate what the system was permitted to do, who held decision-making authority, and what actually happened?
We recommend:
- Separate AI that recommends from AI that acts, distinguishing AI recommendations from executable actions.
- Scale oversight to autonomy and risk, ensuring meaningful human review.
- Keep decision-level evidence, including for vendor-supplied and cross-vendor agents, with consistent oversight across them.
These recommendations reflect our perspective as the developer of KGA ARIA™, while remaining technology-neutral and independent of any particular product or vendor.
This is an independent submission by KGAgentic. It does not imply NAIC endorsement of the company or its products.
